Montalvo cutoffI could probably make a hash of this, but I appreciate that you are more adept at these details. I was going to try to explain how the path of the railroad affected all of the related communities; Fillmore, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Oxnard Montalvo/Ventura. Introduction@Fettlemap:, Thanks for reaching out, you are correct on all counts. I constantly appreciate your edits. When I look them over, I always know I can learn something about how to improve articles. Thanks for the offer of help, I will keep it in mind and know you can contact me anytime if something comes up. Cheers, Fettlemap (talk) 22:25, 22 August 2021 (UTC) Possible program additions to Silicon Valley Community FoundationHi User:Fettlemap. Given that the Silicon Valley Community Foundation primarily covers our history, I would like to request adding some information about what the organization does. I have put a few of our programs/grant titles on the talk page along with formatted citations that cover them. I’m wondering if you would find it a good use of your time to add some content there on these programs? I am also tagging User:Smuckola, User:Cristiano Tomás, and User:Binksternet who have recently made edits to the article to broader input. Thank you for your consideration. Thanks so much for removing the "Controversies" sections from the several Brookfield Asset Management-related articles. I wonder if you could also take a look at a previous edit request I posted at Talk:Brookfield Asset Management#Request to revert non-NPOV edits concerning some edits that were made which I believe reduced the overall neutrality of the article. Some of the problems were already dealt with satisfactorily, but others were allowed to remain. I am asking you, an experienced editor, to have a look and see if there is some room for improvement to the article's neutrality. Thanks again for all your help. Mf419 (talk) 14:12, 25 July 2022 (UTC) I noticed this edit. A while ago, there was an RFC supporting your edit. Cheers. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:59, 12 June 2023 (UTC) Invitation![]() Hello Adflatuss!

The fact was ... that the ancient Hawaiian village known as the Kāneiolouma Complex (pictured) is across the street from a popular beach on the island of Kauaʻi? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Kaneiolouma Complex. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Kāneiolouma Complex), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. Dead linksHi there! I saw you added a link to this page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_Gathering ref #67 Thanks for adding the archived link! The next two links are also broken, ref #68 and #69, could you please help me find those two links as well? I'm having trouble finding those articles and the video evidence the page speaks about. Thanks :) 204.131.68.1 (talk) 03:42, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
St. Augustine, FloridaPlease do not revert back to incorrect grammar. St. Augustine was never a "colony" in the US/British historical context and neither was Florida. It was established as the government seat of Florida in 1565 by a combination of the Spanish Crown, the Timucuan tribe, the first generation of Floridanos, and Florida's first militia. No1CopyEditor (talk) 02:59, 4 April 2025 (UTC) Hi there! You left a welcome message for this editor a couple of weeks ago. Would you mind helping to keep an eye on their edits for a bit? Their patterns are weird. I just got finished going through their contributions. About a third of them are fine. A few more added some clunkier language than was there before, (I think) just for the sake of making a change: no big deal. But I just fixed fourteen of their edits that introduced grammar/spelling errors, like they aren't paying attention to where the cursor is when they change something. I honestly can't tell if they're trolling or just careless. I've left a few messages on their talk page and haven't gotten any responses. If they pick up again, they might respond better to you, since you left the original welcome message. Joyous! Noise! 19:37, 6 April 2025 (UTC)

Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It commenced yesterday on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize and $300 top prize for doing articles on populated places and geography. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested. Even if you can only manage a few articles they would be very much appreciated and help make the content produced as diverse and broad as possible! Feel free to invite others who you think might want to contribute.♦ Dr. Blofeld 09:31, 17 June 2025 (UTC) Better citation needed for BimkomShalom, Adflatuss! Working today on the Bimkom page, I discovered that the single source you provided there cites an article in Haaretz that's paywalled. The few lines that appear with the link don't support the content. Would you be able to find another relevant source for citation and substitute it accordingly? Meanwhile I'll be mining the page in Hebrew for inline citations related to the organization's past achievements. Cheers, -- Deborahjay (talk) 14:49, 18 June 2025 (UTC) Would you have a moment to look at the edit history at Winnsboro, South Carolina? Thanks!
