ក្រុងបានលុង គឺជាទីរួមខេត្តរតនគីរី northeast Cambodia. As of 1998, it had a population of 16,999.[១] It contains 16 villages, which are located in three communes.[១][២] It surrounds the provincial capital of Banlung.
