Silent Parade is newly promoted FA - schedule for 109th anniversary?Silent Parade is newly promoted FA article. The parade was on 28 July 1917. I just put it in the TFA Pending calendar for the parade's 109th anniversary: 28 July 2026. However, I'm not sure what happens if July 2026 comes, and there is a huge backlog of fresh FAs ... is there a chance the Silent Parade would get bumped out of that slot? The instructions above say that putting an article in the Pending calendar ...does not count as a nomination and does not guarantee selection. If TFA experts think Silent Parade should go through the normal TFAR process for late 2025, maybe that is a better plan. Noleander (talk) 13:43, 24 July 2025 (UTC)

Kitty Marion for 8 March 2026?Kitty Marion was TFA on 16 August 2025 (several months after it became FA). Another editor also put it in the Pending list above, for 8 March 2026 (Int'l Womens Day), which is cool, but it should not be TFA again so quickly, correct? I'm not sure of the TFA protocols, but it should probably be removed from 8 March 2026 slot above. Noleander (talk) 18:20, 4 September 2025 (UTC)
Spam link in instructions? When I go to Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/instructions and click on the "length when previewed" link, I get taken to what looks like some spam/clickbait site. Not sure what's going on there, but nothing good. RoySmith (talk) 20:52, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
