re Homunculi: if we are keeping individual Homunculi off the main article, I think they should stay in the character section, as they are characters and not just terms.
re drama CDs: I have an inkling of what they're about from reading the Gangan page, but I wouldn't trust any translation I came up with; you may want to ask someone else. —TangentCube, Dialogues02:12, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
re main characters: other than Father and Dante, who get passes for being main antagonists, the only other character I can think of that plays major roles in both media would be Bradley; Izumi is less important in the manga, while Hohenheim barely gets any screentime in either. If you want to re-add Bradley to the character list, that should be fine. —TangentCube, Dialogues23:00, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
re recent changes to character section: I can't agree with changing these to a bulleted list. There's more than enough on the main characters there to use the definition list format, as recommended by WP:MOS-AM. Also, voice actor credits in anime articles do not (generally) need external references; the fact that the show has a credit roll suffices. —TangentCube, Dialogues23:55, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
re "leave it as [...] Wolf's Rain": could you be more specific?
Well, to have it run together like that would essentially require switching back to the bullet list format. Emulating Serial Experiments Lain on this point should be fine, which is what we're doing when using the definition list. —TangentCube, Dialogues01:24, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
re terminology: I wouldn't merge "blood seal" with "human transmutation"; if I recall correctly, Ed only had to give up his arm because Al's soul had already passed into the Gate. However, "blood seal" and "transmutation circle" could be merged into "alchemy". The other terms are disparate enough to be seperate, though "Philosopher's Stone" should come before "homunculus", as the former helps define the latter. I've gone ahead and done this, though pieces of the new "alchemy" definition may need references. —TangentCube, Dialogues05:52, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
re Ishbal: I believe so, and it's backed up from a line in Viz's translation ("Ishbalans are a different ethnic group, but they're still Amestrians!"—volume 15, page 31, panel 3). —TangentCube, Dialogues23:28, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
re subsections: I don't see a pressing need for subsectioning the terminology, unless we were to follow ja: and add every place that's been named, and I don't think we want to do that. If we did subsection, though, what's currently there would be sectioned like this, in my opinion: Alchemy, containing Human Transmutation, Philosopher's Stone, Homunculus, and Chimera; and Locations, containing Amestris and Ishval. This would leave Automail standing alone, though, which is why I'd rather not do it. —TangentCube, Dialogues04:36, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
Translation
Hey, how are you? I can give you the translation and/or the Romanization. I'll start with just the translation. I do more legal and technical translation, but I'll give this a shot.

Sesshomaru, I have been talking with collectian who told me that the hitenmitsurugi and sakabato should be better in the Kenshin article. The explanation of the seijuro hiko teachers is explained in the article of the character. I have been making a drafthere. To reduce the high in-universe I decided to delete ryu tsui sho kan and mei from the article (most of them are not important and ryumeisen is a one-episode move. The reception of Kenshin can also be expanded since the merchandising info of the sakabato can be moved, thoughts? Feel free to make grammatical corrections.--Tintor2 (talk) 16:58, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
The draft looks pretty good (there's a broken citation though), and I agree with merging the content from Rurouni Kenshin to Himura Kenshin. As for techniques, what is the name of the attack where Kenshin swings his blade and rocks fly at his target? You've probably already said the name but I just want to be sure. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 17:08, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Em, fly, I think it is " Ryūtsuisen (龍槌閃, Ryūtsuisen? lit. "Dragon Hammer Strike"), combining a downward swing with a descent from a jump to add the power of gravity to the blow".--Tintor2 (talk) 17:12, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
The problem of the refs is that some are used before in personality and background. I will later add page number to them (chapter 1 has like 4).--Tintor2 (talk) 17:20, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Not that one. Argh, I can't find the chapter. I believe it was the scene where he defeated that big guy with the kusarigama. Kenshin uses it once in the manga, and a couple times in the anime. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 17:22, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Now I remember. Is doryusen, I think he used in the manga in the fight against sanosuke but to knock an oldman.--Tintor2 (talk) 17:24, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
In the article its not used due to lack of importance (its like adding shuriken clone technique of sasuke, do you remember it? other techniques of kenshin like soryusen, ryusosen, hiryusen are not used for the same reason ).Tintor2 (talk) 17:29, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I was counting both. I decided to leave ryutsuisen, ryukansen and ryushosen due to they are their most recurrying move, Yahiko also copied them and they are the only moves that kenshin uses in the jinchuu arc apart from the ougi and the kuzuryusen. However, with the new thing we are going to add, ryustsuisen, ryushosen and ryukansen should be deleted to reduce the in-universe info.Tintor2 (talk) 17:35, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I have been looking in animeondvd, them anime reviews and ann but I couldnt find anything of reception of sojiro. The merchandising must be easy to find. I think that clean up tag can be deleted now. (this is just an opinion).--Tintor2 (talk) 00:30, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
Agreed. That cleanup tag should go, mainly because the article needs expansion and sourcing more than anything else. Where'd you get reception for Kenshin? Might be good to start from there. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 03:05, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
The ANN reviews I read focused on the characters of Kenshin, Saito, Shishio, the new designs of the OVA, a bit of Enishi and Sanosuke and general parts of the series (including plot style, comedy, etc). Them Anime Reviews talks about the four main characters. Animeondvd is somehow general but it critizes more the events that the characters. I will see if I can finf something of sojiro.Tintor2 (talk) 23:56, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
I can cite them. If I tell them I would be overdetailing it. User Collectian has made a request for peer review, I guess we could reword kuzuryusen like this:
learns the Kuzu-ryūsen (九頭龍閃, Kuzu-ryūsen? lit. "Nine-headed Dragon Strike"), which simultaneously deals nine strikes to the most fundamental targets of swordsmanship, making guarding and dodging in almost impossible"
To be simpler. Thoughts?--Tintor2 (talk) 23:13, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
I honestly think it's not overdetailing, but we might need a third opinion from Collectonian. And please forgive my tardiness. I am also very busy looking through my watchlist so I'm not always available as desired. Don't worry though, I will always be aware of my discussions here ;) Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 00:13, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
I dont think its cruft. I think that telling the fact that three characters who defected the attack may be confusing. I saw you worked in the son goku article and it doesnt say that his super saiyan 3 transformation is hard for him to use. If it was necessary to mention it, we would also have to explain how Enishi defeated the Amakakeru ryu no hirameki (that would go in the Enishi article). Talking about Dragon Ball, one of these days I would like to start working in Kuririn, who is one of my favourites. I know some places where I can get reception. Regards---Tintor2 (talk) 16:52, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
I might add that bit to Goku, though the page is missing some crucial information, like, his childhood adventures. Actually, I've been longing to make an article for "Kid Goku" had I not been lazy after making Beelzebub (Sand Land) and Paifu. Think it a better name is lacking, as "Kid Goku" seems too "American". Almost made a page for "Neko Majin (character)" too, but was unanimated at the time. Well, the day you start fixing up Kuririn I'll surely be there. Back to Kenshin, what exactly should be done? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 00:08, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
If kept brief, I think it would be okay to include something along the lines of "Kuzu-ryūsen (九頭龍閃, Kuzu-ryūsen? lit. "Nine-headed Dragon Strike"), which simultaneously deals nine strikes to the most fundamental targets of swordsmanship, making guarding and dodging in almost impossible. X, Y, and Z are the only opponents of Kenshin's to do so in the series." Something like that. If I'm not mistaken, during the battle with Enishi, didn't someone, maybe Kenshin himself, note that it was defeated because Kenshin hadn't finished working out that it was okay to live and why? AnmaFinotera (talk) 00:33, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the 3rd opinion. The one of hiko may be common sense, since both used the same moves. I think that we should wait for the peer review to know more or less how should it be. Enishi ghad actually seen the kzuryusen once and Kenshin said in that moment he had only strength for that fight. But who knows, I will let you guys decide and I ll help with the source.Tintor2 (talk) 00:44, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
We're a pretty good team eh? Though you should take all the credit, as all I'm doing is tweaking ;) ... anyway, how should we reference that his nickname is Sano? (BTW, did you read my other comment above?) Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 23:06, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Oh, it's just a popular quote. "Excelsior!" is Latin for "Higher!" Pretty much meaning 'soar to new heights', 'reach for the stars', etc., etc. So, for tomorrow, I'm considering editing instances of "Sanosuke" into the common nickname "Sano". Thoughts about that? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 00:29, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
What? You were the one who told me not to use red links in Wikipedia when I was expanding the conception of Kenshin.--Tintor2 (talk) 00:46, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
I think I have more or less finished with the in-universe info (tell me if I forgot sth). I will be adding the refs later.--Tintor2 (talk) 18:09, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Sesshomaru, I think I finished with the article.I have no idea if it lacks sth or a source, could you tell if it lacks sth?--Tintor2 (talk) 15:37, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
Sorry. Been too busy this week to check everything on my watchlist. Now that I got here, I will perform the change to "Sano" per what I said above. First, let me ask Collectonian about the redirects. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 14:44, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
Been wanting to ask about this inclusion. Does the citation actually say "Sasuke is a name used by most ninja" or did you come to that conclusion? If the latter, it should be removed per violating WP:SYN. Does this make sense? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 02:37, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
Im pretty sure Sasuke is a named used commonly by ninja. However, Watsuki actually does not say that so I deleted it. And about my question?--Tintor2 (talk) 16:59, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the barnstar and all. For the record I removed that line, "In the manga, a romantic relationship between the two is never explicited, while in the anime it is hinted several times." from Sano's article because it looked too much like WP:OR. Does Watsuki shed light on this or something? Also, did you not see my response at the very bottom here? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 00:09, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
In the manga, Watsuki only make some comments about that in the secrets of the creation of Megumi but in the in-universe manga it is never stated, however in the anime their relationship is hinted lots of times. About Sojiro, I have been loking for reception, but I couldnt get anything. I think it would be better to find reception before adding refs, just see what happened with the Pokemon articles.--Tintor2 (talk) 00:15, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Have you read my reply from above? Always when I work in a character article I look for out-of-universe info first, once I find reception I ll reference it.--Tintor2 (talk) 01:31, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Well, almost everybody. Misao, Tomoe and some bad guys dont use swords. Sanosuke was never part of the Shinsengumi, he is based in a character from the shinsengumi.--Tintor2 (talk) 16:40, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
I shall categorize him as such. Actually, if Sano was a Sekihotai member, he would had to have been at least a swordsman. That about right? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 22:05, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
You're right. If his swordsman past wasn't touched upon then it would be of little iportance. Thanks man. I shall now add the martial arts cat. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 22:16, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Tintor, which move is faster: the Kuzu-ryūsen or Amakakeru Ryū no Hirameki? Kenshin's page doesn't confirm it. Either that or I'm reading it wrong. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 22:51, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
I'm sure Gaara can make it to GA, er, again. Fixing the problems brought up by the reviewer and undoing the changes that led to its failure has been on my list of things to do for a while. Shikamaru is also on my list of things to do, and hopefully I'll stop being lazy and add conception information for him in the near future. ~SnapperTo23:43, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
Thank you Tintor. If I had a user page I'd put it on display. Thus, I shall add it to my theoretical user page. Thank you again! ~SnapperTo18:16, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Kishimoto interview
I know of no additional interviews - you could check the fansite and ask it where the interview came from. I highly doubt that a fansite could get its own interview with Kishimoto. Usually an interview itself would be considered a primary source, but one would have to know if it is really Kishimoto speaking. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:42, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
E-mail the site admin and he or she should tell you which issue. I have a bunch of SJs but I don't know where to begin looking. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:47, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Your last message
Hello, yes, I would be glad to help with that, I just have to gather some reference material. I will investigate about Kappa magazine then I will send the info to you. Cheers.
I'm thinking about getting an image for the Futae no Kiwami (the term should actually be italisised or something but I'll get to that later). What do you have in mind? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 16:17, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Do you have one image? It looks like a normal punch in the fighting scenes, maybe it would be better the one that shows the stances of the hand.--Tintor2 (talk) 16:19, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
I have one that shows the stances of the hand. Although the hand is from anji it really doesnt matter since it only shows the hand (manga image). Do you think its ok?--Tintor2 (talk) 16:37, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Not sure if a stance will be any good, but I guess it's better than nothing. Though you don't have an anime image of the attack's destructiveness? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 16:40, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Really wanted the aftermath, in other words, the result of the blow. Remember when Sano mastered the technique? I think he was able to turn stone (or a large part of a tree) into dust in a single attack. That's what I was thinking. Make sense? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 16:57, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
I dont see a big rock or anything destroyed there, wasnt the image supposed to show the attack's destructiveness?--Tintor2 (talk) 00:29, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
I mean that in the scenes of the fight we could see the Futae no Kiwami, it could be seen as a normal fist since he is not destroying anything in particular like a rock or something.--Tintor2 (talk) 00:45, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
I deleted it per copyvio. As far as I know Watsuki never drew a color image of the attack and I cant find one of the anime. Want me to cut that manga image and upload it?--Tintor2 (talk) 01:09, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
That of the emotions of the opponent is the chi (or ki). I dont understand it very well but Kenshin can read the emotions (chi) of the opponent to predict their next moves. I do not see it necessary.--Tintor2 (talk) 00:17, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
After you finish up with the Reborn! chapters list, think you can help me get conception and other data for YuYu Hakusho? Perhaps we can work together to make the page a good article. Thoughts? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 16:13, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
I think conception is the most important, we can use info of the anime episodes of YYH to add to anime, we should also remove two or three characters to delete the plot tag, maybe that discussion could be taken to the talk page. Thougths?--Tintor2 (talk) 23:54, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
Do you happen to have the title of the article for the Newtype USA reference following the following statement in the lead: "The world of Fullmetal Alchemist is based on the countries of Europe during the Industrial Revolution period as well as several experiences from the author's life"? If so, please add it to the citation. —TangentCube, Dialogues06:51, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
The article Sagara Sanosuke you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold. It hasn't failed because it's basically a good article, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needed to be addressed. If these are fixed within seven days, the article will pass, otherwise it will fail. See Talk:Sagara Sanosuke for things needed to be addressed. Finalnight (talk) 02:18, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
It had to be this day? today I have to study for a hard test so I will be busy today, Some thoughts, yes change "Sano" to "Sanosuke".--Tintor2 (talk) 16:29, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
.Already solved, (see the talk page of the article). Now the main problem is the prose. (my "Wikipedia weak point").Tintor2 (talk) 21:32, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
i read your draft for itachi. It's good generally aside from a few repetition of sentences. In this case what more do we need to make it acceptable?? --Fotte (talk) 14:39, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
Im leaving for today. Feel free to make add anything. About the chapters, I have spanish volumes, not the Viz Media, so I think I leave this to you or other editor. Cheers.Tintor2 (talk) 01:04, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
Thw viz edition uses different number of volumes dividing the common dragon ball and z. Should I make a subsection called "Dragon Ball Z chapters"? What do you think?Tintor2 (talk) 15:40, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
That's a good question. I don't really have a smart answer, so I'll just say number them as Viz released them. First, did you ask anyone from WP:MANGA? Someone there has probably gotten into a related situation before. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 19:14, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
Think you could ask Collectonian or someone else to give you a hand on the Dragon Ball chapters? I don't know when I'll have that spare time soon. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 22:01, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Hey there I see you have been busy with the Fullmetal articles. Sorry for not contacting in you for a while about the Edward Elric article I had exams and personal stuff came up. However do you want to work on the Edward Elric article together? Or have you abandoned it? I would like to hear from you as soon as possible LOTRrules (talk) 18:38, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
I kind of agree with the change to "fight merchant", since that's what the series uses. I don't particularly agree with the rest of the changes, but the original seems to be missing something: "in Tokyo in order and soon" (in order to what?). -- AnmaFinotera (talk·contribs) 06:14, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
I could probably come up with one, after sleeping. Trying to remember what the "in order" should have been. Know it had something to do with his past, but can't remember how he put it. May need to check my volumes. -- AnmaFinotera (talk·contribs) 07:10, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Naruto
?. The news is true... -.- MyNaruto is the official italian website of Panini Comics/Panini Video, distributor of the series in Italy (manga & anime). Italia 1 is the broadcaster of the series. The corresponding articles on it.wikipedia have been updated, I do not see why not bring back the update on en.wiki. Even the Philippine broadcaster not given even the sources ... Let me explain, thanks. --DarkAp89 (talk) 15:30, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Hi there! I'd like to note to you that I reverted the redirect you made from Automail to Fullmetal Alchemist. While I of course assume good faith in your edit, I feel that rather than scrapping the entire article, it would be a better idea to expand on how Automail compares with real-world prosthetics, and real-world applications of cybernetic enhancements. This would give said article not only more depth, but also wouldn't wash away hard work. I will do some more research on prosthetics and cybernetics and see what I can come up with! Feel free to contact me at my Talk Page at any time. Cheers! ~ PHDrillSergeant...§04:31, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Comparisons between automail and modern prosthetics would not be original research if third-party sources could be found comparing them, something I'm right now researching. Just keep an eye out, I'll work on it when I can. Cheers! ~ PHDrillSergeant...§21:27, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Re: Titles
I'm not sure. Viz's website seems to indicate that "The Monkey King" is the title of volume 1, but that doesn't appear on the title page of the volume I own. Since your copy has titles I'd imagine they just chose not to include them in my volume for some reason, and that what is on the website is accurate. ~SnapperTo01:35, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Parts of the Shadow Imitation Technique's section can still be moved to Shikamaru's article, so it's simpler to leave it be momentarily than to look through the page history for it later. ~SnapperTo18:36, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
In this book, Arakawa says that Ed is one of her favorite characters, and that one of her assistants says she looks like Ed. Not much else about Ed specifically. There are a few art books that might have something else, but I don't own any of those. ~SnapperTo22:18, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
I'm sorry; you weren't just asking about Ed. Let me start over. In this book, Arakawa says:
If she had to pick, Ed, Al, Winry, and Hawkeye are her favorite characters.
Armstrong is the easiest character to draw (I think this is sarcasm, though I'm not sure).
She apologized to her assistants when Hughes was killed off.
She thinks Mustang is the easiest character to "mess with", so he appears in a lot of omakes.
Even though all of the characters resemble her in some way, one assistant says she looks like Ed. Another says she looks like Izumi, though she claims to not be that hot-headed.
Not a lot to work with as you can see. Most of what she discusses is about the series in general or her own artistic style. And obviously the art books mentioned above still might be useful. ~SnapperTo22:37, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Removing SS characters, and some answers to your questions
Now after checking the character you remove from Lost Canvas list, I think it's a good decisive move. At first, I thought you'd delete some big ones like Wimber or Violate along with them, but I'm glad that you leave them alone. They're quite important.
And, in my opinion, I think the Young Girl from Rodorio, Skeleton and Cerberus should go too.
Forgive me for deleting the comments of the author of Lost Canvas. You asked for the comments of the author of Episode G. I mixed them up. Anthonydraco (talk) 17:17, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
The article has been massively reverted recently. What do you plan to do? Not only the details are too much, but the information brought back are all in disregard of wp:tense guideline. I can edit all those back to present tense, but it's taking time. And if we're deleting them anyway, I won't bother doing them.
I'd like to hear some opinion before taking action. Also, do you find any guideline that discourage excessive information? That information might help in deciding whether we're keeping those excessive details or not. Anthonydraco (talk) 17:11, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
Another question I'd like to ask: do you know for certain where the sharp-edge of Kreios' Soma is? If its sharp-edge is inside the cresent blade, then it's a sickle. If its sharp-edge is outside, then it's something else. What's his action when he uses his Soma. Is it hooking and pulling? Or is it slashing with its outer side? Anthonydraco (talk) 17:20, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
My bad for the extremely late reply. Just been a bit busy. Anyways, Akira Amano also wrote the Reborn! light novels, which I've now added accordingly into the article. Also, to my knowledge, Amano has yet to reveal any information on the characters' creation, development, etc. The databook is just a recollection of characters stats, short stories, and prior events in the series. By the way, thanks for changing the volumes list's wikitable; I've been meaning to do that for SO long - now I have one more thing to cross off my to-do list XD. Erasure of Koenma
Can I add the deleted info (some of the pertinent ones) of Koenma in his details at the Yuyu Hakusho Characters? Koenma has been deleted at the main page in Yuyu Hakusho and I am one of those who reverted it as I believed it should be retained. I later realized that Koenma just makes the article long and seems not so helpful, but i think we should at least have to put the erased details of Koenma and add them in his details (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koenma#Koenma). Idk, in behalf of encyclopedic passion bestowed. Well, it's just my opinion. I am seeking for your help as I believe you are more knowledgeable and experienced than I am. I do not know if the information I will be adding is of relevance to the page cause I am not particulary good at this. :) Thank you and your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. - AxxandSPEAKACT 12:45, 25 June 2008 (Phils)
Re: Ichigo
I had been thinking of having one paragraph for his natural abilities/growth rate/general stuff, one for Zangetsu abilities, one for hollow abilities, and maybe one for his two "spirits" if they put too much strain on other paragraphs. You've more or less done that, so I think that's fine. As for images, I'd go with bankai for sure. I'd been thinking of also using a shot that included old-man Zangetsu and inner Ichigo together when they briefly talk to each other, but I'm not sure how good the anime's viewpoints are for that scene. ~SnapperTo03:37, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
His mother is the only part of his background needing mention, though I'm not sure if it alone necessitates its own section. Maybe work it into his personality somehow. ~SnapperTo23:47, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
The interview doesn't really make reference to any one volume, and the volumes themselves don't have much in terms of out-of-universe info. The footnotes in the interview just reference parts in the story. ~SnapperTo18:53, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
That second interview should prove useful if you can figure out which issue of Shonen Jump it's from. ~SnapperTo03:26, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
If I'm led to believe that Ichigo's article will be taken to GAN soon after I work on it, I'll spruce it up in a heartbeat. At the moment, a lack of progress with my most "recent" GA and FL projects has sapped my incentive to start work on it (and similararticles) any sooner. If I sound negative it is not intentional, but my lazy attitude requires near-immediate payoff before I spend an afternoon on something.
In the meantime, I might suggest simply starting over with Ichigo's Personality section. Focusing on his current personality traits (indifference to most things, attempted detachment with friends, reluctant displays of emotion, etc.) rather than an explanation of how his personality came to be (death of mother, meeting Chad, seeing spirits) would better serve the article. It might also balance better with the Abilities section, as I don't foresee that becoming much shorter. ~SnapperTo04:03, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
Now I'm definitely up for that. Though is there enough conception and out-of-universe to update the page? I can also look for reception if you want. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 03:07, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Yes there is some conception info like redesign in Kanzenban and interview with the author to add. I will look for it.--Tintor2 (talk) 20:25, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Yes I read them, is that Im a bit wiki-boned since my computer is abit broken and it is being repaired. (God da****, sorry for that^_^).Tintor2 (talk) 17:31, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
About the category of Saint Seiya, it would be better not to add them since there are lots of minor articles that need to be redirected and it would mean losing the time.Tintor2 (talk) 13:25, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
GameFAQs is not reliable. Do not use user-submitted reviews for GameSpot, only the official ones. As for a character outline section, it's up to you. For GA, it's probably not necessary. For FA, yes. sephiroth bcr(converse)00:32, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
Prose needs work, actually a lot of work. Video game characters also differ from the format of anime/manga characters in that an "appearances" section is used (see Soma Cruz, Alucard (Castlevania), Master Chief (Halo)) over an "in-game history" or "appearances in other media" section. If I have time, I might do a little cleanup, but I'm busy IRL at the moment. sephiroth bcr(converse)05:20, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
I'm currently not planning a featured topic, as it would be really difficult to pull it off. Assuming all the character articles go to GA, Tsunade (Naruto) is merged, and List of Naruto antagonists goes to FL, then I would need one of the character articles to go to FA to fulfill the minimum requirement (20% of 11 items = 2.2 rounded up to 3 per WP:WIAFT). Given how high the bar is at WP:FAC, it probably would be either Naruto Uzumaki or Sasuke Uchiha in order to make such an attempt, and that would be a lot of work. sephiroth bcr(converse)20:28, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Thank you
Thank you so much for adding a reception section to D.Gray-man. One of the hardest parts of doing the reception was starting it. Maybe now I'll be more motivated into expanding it. Itzjustdrama(drama?)07:03, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
As you worked on these before, I thought you could weigh in on the debates on the WT:ANIME and the Talk:List of Fullmetal Alchemist light novels pages. They have gotten... bad, and some outside input might quell things. I've also asked an editor named Rogue Penguin as well as Wikipedia:Third opinion for input and mediation. One more question: Is there a limited number of images for an article? Is this a rule? If it's not, please do not remove the images.
Neji appears in the two article's screenshot, but not every people will recognize him only by looking those images.Brazilian Man (talk) 01:54, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
I undid the merge on her article, but simply because I think it could have enough potential as a character article once sources are dug for given the character does have some degree of a fanbase. It'll probably go nowhere knowing the rate of these things, but I've got a few projects on my plate atm and need it left up until I can tackle it directly. (sorry too if my tone sounded a bit rude in the edit summary, just at least post a merge tag suggesting one when you do opt to merge and article, and leave it up for a few days before you do to give people room to object ;))--Kung Fu Man (talk) 23:08, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
About that, the sentence was seen as incomplete and I had restored the data. But you're right, it doesn't belong in the plot overview section. Where should that bit go instead? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 18:07, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
I wish to thank you for the edits you've made to the D.Gray-man series of articles. If it wasn't for your creation of the Reception section and for your support during the character list merge, I would have never finished them. Many thanks, Itzjustdrama?01:20, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
