ThanksThanks for adding some interesting cited bits. ChildofMidnight (talk) 03:37, 30 October 2009 (UTC) Patrick ByrneYes I think your change was constructive. That entire article is a bit weird, as it gives weight to aspects of his career that seem somewhat minor, and overall seems POV. Feel free to weigh in. --JohnnyB256 (talk) 21:51, 6 November 2009 (UTC) Charles S. ZaneHello. A while back you asked about feedback for Charles S. Zane. You've had the best feedback of all: nobody came here complaining and nobody tried to delete it! It's a nice article. I enjoyed reading it. I also liked your other new articles, John F. Fitzpatrick and Lily Eskelsen. You're miles and miles ahead of where I was when I'd been here the same length of time. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia and very best wishes for the future, Angus McLellan (Talk) 01:31, 15 January 2010 (UTC) John GallivanHey Thelema, I saw your post on the Project Utah discussion page. I think the project is mostly dead, but there are few of us who work on Utah stuff that look at the page every once in awhile. Boy, I didn't know that Jack Gallivan didn't have a wiki page. He is one of the giants of Utah. Some things... I think you should make mention that Gallivan was instrumental in the Tribune sale. He led two campaigns for the restoration of Cathedral of the Madeleine, gave to many catholic causes and had awards bestowed upon him by the Catholic Church... was made Knight of St Gregory the Great. Sorry, I'm not Catholic, so I don't know how big of deal that is. He received a "Giant in Our City" award. He was involved with the National Conference of Christians and Jews. Wikipedia doesn't like one sentence paragraphs. You can expand the civic contribution section... For the Homeless Foundation sentence you could add the campaigns he has spear headed including the one he started this month and helped build the sunrise apartments. The WP:FEED backlogHello, I see you made a request at WP:FEED a long time ago, but have continued to be active on Wikipedia and made good edits to the encyclopedia. Since you have posted on WP:FEED in the past, I would like to suggest that if you want please try and help out at the page, as we have a massive backlog. It'd be really great if you provided some advice to other, new users on their articles. To do this, you'll just need to take a look at their article, which they'll post the link to, and maybe see what perhaps can be improved, like adding sections, references or links, much like you would do with any other article, except you are giving feedback rather than making actual edits. After getting some idea of what needs to be improved, you just need to tell them briefly underneath. It's really simple but incredibly useful to new users and their articles, and helps to overall increase the quality of these new articles. I hope you will at least consider. Please send me a message if you have any further questions, or if you would like further information. Thanks a lot!
