That covers File:Druid Open-Source Data Store, architecture, DruidArchitecture3.svg which is on commons, and has the appropriate OTRS ticket applied. All other similar named images mentioned above, which were uploaded here rather than commons, have no permission. I also note an OTRS pending on the article page (for the text, I assume) - I've moved that to the article talk page - that's where it should be - again I don't see any permission for the text.
