Announcing the NPP New Year Backlog Drive!

We have done amazing work so far in December to reduce the New Pages Feed backlog by over 3000 articles! Now is the time to capitalise on our momentum and help eliminate the backlog!

The backlog drive will begin on January 1^st and run until January 29^th. Prize tiers and other info can be found HERE.

Awards will be given in tiers in two categories:

• The total number of reviews completed for the month.
• The minimum weekly total maintained for all four weeks of the backlog drive.

NOTE: It is extremely important that we focus on quality reviewing. Despite our goal of reducing the backlog as much as possible, please do not rush while reviewing.

Regarding Talk:Imperial cult (ancient Rome): It (talkpage move with suppression) was not done deliberately (was dealing with main space, associated talkpage was also affected). Hi Samee – with regard to your relisting of the requested move debate at Talk:List of professional sports leagues by revenue#Requested move 5 January 2018, you had relisted it shortly after it had been "officially" opened. This has played a little havoc with the RMCD bot, as you can see at the bottom of this table . I removed your relisting since it had been done the same day of the opening, so please wait until at least seven days have passed after a debate is opened before relisting the discussion. If someone has created pages with minor spelling mistakes in the title, one should correct the page title by renaming it instead of start creating new pages on the same topic. In Moin Nawaz Warriach case, I used the name spelling as per the data on the official website of Punjab Assembly so no mistake on my part. Further, you noted in your edit summary "One RS: Moin Nawaz Warraich". The sources can be expanded, but is not a valid reason to overtake the page over a new one which has unreliable sources such as "www.electionpakistani.com." No mistake on my part as well. I didn't know that the article Moin Nawaz Warriach did exist (before this CSD A10 alert) otherwise I'd have moved it to Moin Nawaz Warraich instead of starting a new.  samee  ^talk 05:13, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

Fair enough. I have created over 400 BLPs on Pakistani MPA's two days ago, and I assume many of them are not correctly titled. If you get some spare time and willing to correct the titles, please do to avoid re-creation of duplicate pages in the future. --Saqib (talk) 05:18, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

Hi, I've backed out your close of this AfD. It had just been relisted by an administrator, and the only vote after the relist was by a 7 edit SPA account that didn't even sign it's post. Hi Samee, I reverted your recent edit to Sardar Bahadur Ahmed Khan for the reason that I've plans to expand each and every BLP on Pakistani politician having similar structure to something like this. Hi Samee,

I noticed that you relisted this move discussion. Generally, if there are no objections to a reasonable request for a page move, you can just perform the move; there is no minimum requirement for participation. The only reason to have the WP:RM process is for controversial discussions; if nobody else has seen fit to object, it can safely be assumed (barring any policy violations) that it is non-controversial.
