- Specifically, you're removing content that is well referenced, and adding a lot of unsourced material to an article about a living person (Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons explains how we should handle this). You're adding external links into the body of the article, and adding a lot of information that is sourced only to primary sources like her company website, her linkedin and facebook profiles etc. These are rarely sufficiently reliable sources. - The fact she has the role is probably ok to be sourced from her website, we need to be very careful with things people publish about themselves (see:Wikipedia:ABOUTSELF). I've added it to the article as a fact, the main problem with your latest edit was deleting all the previous info, that's all still relevant and interesting; by removing the details about her earlier career it's very hard for people to understand why she's notable at all.
