Now I'm at my computer, I can see why I deleted it. Although Shedletsky is indeed mentioned there, in the article at Techcrunch it is a passing mention ("Matt Dusek, one of the first two hires alongside John Shedletsky, built some of the early communication features"), and the only thing it actually says about Shedletsky is that he was one of the first two hires. It says that *Dusek* built some of the early communication features, but not what Shedletsky did (if he has helped built those features, it would have said something like "Matt Dusek, alongside fellow first hire John Shedletsky, build some of the early communication features."). As such I felt that such a minor mention in the article didn't justify him being likely search term requiring a redirect. However, I will restore the page and decline the CSD, with a note that if anyone thinks it should be deleted, they should raise it at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion.
