My Vietnamese account was mistaken for a sockpuppet and permanently blocked by Nguyentrongphu, a Vietnamese Wikipedia admin. So I tried contacting that admin just to learn that I'm blocked from doing so; then I tried appealing, just to find out that I can't edit my talk page either. And that's why I'm appealing here, 'cause what else can I do now?

As noted above, we here at the English Wikipedia can do nothing for you about issues on the Vietnamese Wikipedia. Each Wikipedia is a separate project.
