WWI and WWII fighter aircraft picturesThank you Martijn for your effort to unblock me and for the info on an alternative means of making the pics and videos available. Is there some means of presenting the pics and videos in a link that one can follow from one of the text articles or related links to planes Of the "same" family? If not, I suggest that a Wikipedia "virtual" pic and video storehouse be developed. Perhaps there is one already available, which is included in the text articles on the planes. Unless one can visit a aircraft museum, there is nno means for them to experience up close detailed images and fly-by videos. I will save a link to this page and check back for response info. Thank again for your efforts. John Veit — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5shot (talk • contribs) 01:57, 13 June 2012 (UTC) The Signpost: 18 June 2012

Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Level one user warnings
ViritidasHello Martijn, The reason I left that note to Vir stating that I no longer wish to interact with him is because he has repeatedly insulted me and others (in one edit summary calling my edits vandalism, describing others as shit), telling people they have no right to edit Wikipedia and numerous other reasons. On top of that, he has repeatedly violated the three revert rule here and in other articles. And I am not the only one in which he has acted this way. Reading his talk page, it would seem that there are at least 3-4 other people with whom he is engaging the same behaviors. A look at his edit history shows that a pattern of behavior that is consistently contrary to the five pillars. While he and I have had heated discussions, in all of them I have never once interacted with him in a manner that does not assume good faith. The last straw was the profanity laden scree aimed at Neelix and others in the Hawaiian cuisine article. No matter how upset someone has become in a discussion, commentary such as that should never posted anywhere on Wikipedia. --Jeremy (blah blah • I did it!) 16:14, 28 June 2012 (UTC) |
