I have to make hundreds and hundreds of mini decisions like that as I trog through the infamous Neelix list and I am the only one doing it, actually I would have listed it at RfD rather than boldly retargeting it but that is fine by me. Regarding the notification you left on my talk page, you invited me to contact you if I have questions, and I do. In your message, sanctions are described as being imposed for "edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to" and 3 criteria:

1. the purpose of Wikipedia
2. our standards of behavior
3. relevant policies

Could you clarify further which of these you are warning me about? Would it be possible for you to use Special:Diff to tell me what edits you are upset about? Your reply at Talk:People_v._Turner#Alcohol_brand_names levied accusations of OR/SYNTH but I do not understand the merits of those accusations in relation to my edits. I have included no OR here, I only include statements I find in reliable sources. I also do not include synthesis. I had an edit conflict trying to leave a warning on the talk page of Desouzavalor--I assumed when I saw your warning we were responding to the same edits, but it turns out Desouzavalor has been busy in the past few minutes.

It is 100% fine to create the infobox in the article as you did (perhaps by editing an infobox copy-pasted from another article?), but I wonder if you know about the NRHP infobox generator available at http://elkman.net/nrhp/infobox.php? It can make it easier to get started; it includes some categories and stuff that add to what you put in already. Probably you know about it and that it is covered at wp:NRHPhelp. Extended confirmed protection (also known as "30/500 protection") is a new level of page protection that only allows edits from accounts at least 30 days old and with 500 edits. The automatically assigned "extended confirmed" user right was created for this purpose. A new user group, New Page Reviewer, has been created in a move to greatly improve the standard of new page patrolling. The user right can be granted by any admin at PERM. It is highly recommended that admins look beyond the simple numerical threshold and satisfy themselves that the candidates have the required skills of communication and an advanced knowledge of notability and deletion. Admins are automatically included in this user right.

It is anticipated that this user right will significantly reduce the work load of admins who patrol the performance of the patrollers. However,due to the complexity of the rollout, some rights may have been accorded that may later need to be withdrawn, so some help will still be needed to some extent when discovering wrongly applied deletion tags or inappropriate pages that escape the attention of less experienced reviewers, and above all, hasty and bitey tagging for maintenance. Here it is. List of references now increased to 42, which is much more impressive than the sloppy 3 from the deleted copy.

Joel's page has been deleted two times in the past, but that is only because he wasn't especially notable at the time. A couple of years later, he has garnered a lot of main roles as a voice actor as well as rising up the ladder in terms of being a more competent ADR director than when he first started. Apparently, Joel is now notable enough to even prompt Anime News Network to mention him welcoming his newborn kid.

One of the sources is from Twitter because it is reliable information from Joel's coworker, who is working on the same show (Yuri on Ice). Spreading misinformation is unprofessional for professional voice actors. I've looked at my sources again. At least 70% of the sources are guaranteed to be reliable, since they're from Crunchyroll and ANN's news section, which are noted to be trustworthy by members of the Anime Project. The remaining 30% are reliable as well, since it's a reviewer's job to correctly identify the cast and crew members of whatever show they're reviewing. Con profiles on voice actors are absolutely sure on the info they post, since they want con goers to know of the voice actor's work. In any case, I believe that the page is now ready for publication. The only problem is, there is currently a restriction that prevents anyone but an admin from moving Joel's article into the mainspace, so I'd like to request that restriction be lifted. --Sk8erPrince (talk) 05:12, 10 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think you've clearly looked into what is actually entailed in those Twitter sources. You just marked them off as unreliable just because they're from Twitter. However, you did not consider that one of the tweets is from Joel's coworker, Apphia Yu, and the other is from Funimation's official Twitter account. You're talking about reliability here, yes? Those con websites could provide useful. All the sources I've listed are reliable and verified. Don't you think Joel would correct them if they spread misinformation? So what if that guy works with him, we only used reliable third-party sources. Blp articles must have the strictest of sources for legal reasons. I get the feeling that you don't know which sources are usually used in a bio regarding anime voice actors. And if you still doubt that, then I'm sorry, you're just being paranoid. You also seem to be disregarding of the fact that if pro voice actors and directors spread false info on the web, that will damage their credibility and rep. I'm a contributor, alright? It doesn't really matter how much faith you have in those statements, social media is not considered a reliable source here. I'm not paranoid (which doesn't seem to apply here anyway), I just don't have the naiveté it requires to believe performers at their word on social media. Are you reading the links to the social media policy and reliable sourcing? This really isn't a matter of discussion. Twitter and Facebook are not reliable sources.            There's no source cited for Liebenberg's birthdate.
           Kaplan's birthdate is cited to Findagrave, but that's an inappropriate source per WP:UGC.
           The copyvio detector indicates a 63.2% violation with a number of word for word phrases and sentences taken from this source.

       Once these issues are addressed this will pass DYK. The hook is cited to an offline, but reliable source. It's a shame that the content of the hook is only discussed in a single sentence in this otherwise thorough article, but that's not a reason to keep it off DYK.
