Books: Proving History, On the historicity of Jesus

@Jimfbleak, you just deleted two book pages that I added, please restore and add comments to talk pages for which things you want edited. It's not meant as a sales or self promotion, these are proper books that use bayesian reasoning for historicity, one book is self published (the framework) and one is peer reviewed through academic publisher. They are the best known academic publications for Christ Mythicism, a minority, but academic position. I will adjust anything you want to remove sales, that was not my intent.

@Jimfbleak actually just realized you deleted more of them - I think this was a mistake on your side, please advise. 0xReflektor (talk) 11:23, 26 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Jimfbleak following up on this re:sandbox to bring the pages into proper standing — Preceding unsigned comment added by 0xReflektor (talkcontribs) 06:36, 28 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Jimfbleak following up on this again, would like to make progress on bringing those pages into good standing — Preceding unsigned comment added by 0xReflektor (talkcontribs) 10:36, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

0xReflektor, not without some misgivings, I've restored here. Take your time, that version has problems with notability and indepedent third-party refs, as previously indicated Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:43, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
thank you, there were 2 others, but proving history is an interrelated book to the one you restored, would you mind sandboxing that one as well? similar to the science/scientist ones, I will likely bundle them together as they are closely connected. proving history is a theory book, on the historicity applies that theory. 0xReflektor (talk) 10:54, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
also @Jimfbleak - can you be more specific about which links are not appropriate so I can avoid any future issues on this. I tried to cite as many journals as possible, but I know I cited the author's blog as he directly responded to published reviews there. 0xReflektor (talk) 10:58, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Jimfbleak
Please see updated sandbox with publisher links removed and more peer reviews cited. As I mentioned before, I believe the deletion was overkill as these are notable books, but representing a minority, heretical POV. If it looks good to you, I would request doing the same with Proving History. I frequently reference publisher site pages for academic books as they provide additional context, would you recommend I do not do this if they have a checkout mechanism? 0xReflektor (talk) 11:39, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

deletion

Michael Oluwagbemi (talk) 18:15, 1 October 2025 (UTC) My article was deleted, for a number of reasons like self insertion, non existent references, and nonsensical citations, can i make changes based on these feedbacks and publish it again? talk to me?[reply]

Replied on user talk page, chatbot junk, lacks independent third-party sources, promotional tone Jimfbleak - talk to me? 18:32, 1 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Jimfbleak, FYI there is a new draft created by a brand-new account (extremely similar in editing pattern to Michael Oluwagbemi) at User:Phataii/sandbox. From what I can see in the filter log for the deleted draft at Draft:Michael O. Oluwagbemi, it is essentially the same text, only a bit more promotional. --bonadea contributions talk 14:01, 3 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
bonadea, thanks, both deleted, and |I've blocked both accounts, clearly only interested in creating this bio. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 15:33, 3 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Protection at Antechinus

You protected this ECP and indef, neither of which is in line with policy. 2A02:8071:184:4E80:0:0:0:934C (talk) 23:16, 3 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

2A02:8071:184:4E80:0:0:0:934C there was an edit war in progress. Both editors appeared to be acting in good faith, so I felt that blocking one or both participants was excessive, even though edit warring can merit such action. Protecting the page stopped the warring. Please talk to Elmidae on the article talk page or their talk page. If you can reach a consensus, I'll unprotect Jimfbleak - talk to me? 08:13, 4 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
