Since you are an avid editor of Adele-related articles, just wanted to inform you about the GA nomination of "All I Ask". Fell free to make any rectifications you want, pre-review. Thanks.--MaranoFan (talk) 07:34, 20 February 2016 (UTC)
Wow, Rihanna just earned her 14th number-one single in the US, surpassing the King of Pop. I am so happy. Do you like the song? -- Frankietalk 07:35, 23 February 2016 (UTC) Frankietalk07:35, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

Hi, you have removed all of the incoming links to Maverick Records, leaving in the edit summary a justification that the article has been redirected and as such the links are no longer necessary. I see that you have done this for several hundred articles, I presume using some sort of script. However, persons interested in knowing something about Maverick Records can still find relevant information about the label by looking at the article for the parent company (and I'm not entirely sure why it was redirected; was there an AfD about this or something? Maverick's a rather important record label!). So having Maverick Records linked in music articles is still an important arrangement. Can you please undo the link removal using the same script? I don't use any automated tools, and so it would be very cumbersome for me to sit and undo all your edits manually; I don't have that many hours to devote to this over the weekend, and I presume the automation makes the task rather simple. Chubbles (talk) 21:10, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
Hi IndianBio. Please revert the removal of these wikilinks to Maverick Records. They are valid links according to our guidelines about redirects and wikilinks, and are useful to readers. Thanks very much, Paul Erik(talk)(contribs)02:56, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
Look, it's going to take me a huge amount of time to undo all of this by hand...can't you just fix the links using Twinkle again? Chubbles (talk) 09:07, 20 February 2016 (UTC)
I've undone about 40 of them, but there were several hundred, and it would be appreciated if you could do some of the fixing... Chubbles (talk) 21:25, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
Rescue Me - literally
Hi. You reverted my edit of Madonna's "Rescue Me" after I added the UK cover of the single. Your reason for its removal was that 'Extra covers are not allowed unless there are strong rationale behind it'. Is that a Wikipedia policy or your own ideal? I see plenty of other alternative covers on album and single articles. The reason I added it was that there's a mention in the "Rescue Me" article of the very different UK cover, a photograph shot by Jean-Baptiste Mondino, so I thought it was notable to include in the article, and readers may wonder what that cover looked like seeing it had been mentioned. Anyway, you seem to be in charge of the Madonna articles so I guess what you says goes. --Geach (talk) 13:25, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
Oh well, I can't argue against that. By the way, as a UK resident I actually have both versions of "Rescue Me" in my record collection - the 7" vinyl has the 'UK cover' and my CD version (made in Germany) has the 'normal' cover. I think some more research needs to be done into it because different covers for "Rescue Me" do exist out there! --Geach (talk) 13:57, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
"Vogue"
Why don't you work on this iconic song of Madonna instead of the EDM dud? I think it's one of Madonna's best and is personally my favorite of her work. I would have worked on it myself but I have never contributed to a song article so I'm not sure. Anyway, I hope you do have a plan for this song and I'll try to be of a lil bit of help. -- Frankietalk14:12, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
@FrB.TG: I'm kinda in a mellow mood nowadays, so is actually working on the Madonna ballad articles like "You'll See". Have you heard it? If not you should. I have "Vogue" on my mind shortly though. —IB[ Poke ]14:16, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
The article GHV2 you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:GHV2 for things which need to be addressed. BedTime Story
Just out of curiosity, why did you remove the image of the "BedTime Story" interlude from the article? :/ It was a good illustration. --Chrishm21 (talk) 20:15, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
Its nominated for deletion as its not free per Commons:Freedom of panorama. You cannot take a picture of a video backdrop during a tour and upload it as free. The image just had Madonna's backdrop video only and hence I nominated it. —IB[ Poke ]20:17, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
What's your professional opinion on linking the artist's Wikipedia page from the chronology section on albums? Do you know what I'm talking about? I mentioned this issue on This Is What the Truth Feels Like, because my edit keep getting reverted, and now some IP user has removed the links from all the articles I mentioned in the said post. Thanks, Carbrera (talk) 23:49, 29 February 2016 (UTC).
Yes I saw that IP doing the same in the Madonna articles also. I'm fine either way tbh. —IB[ Poke ]06:33, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
Now that 'You'll See' and 'This used to be my Playground' are on their way to becoming GA, the only tracks missing for the 'Something To Remember' good/featured Topic are 'Rain', 'Take a Bow' and 'I Want You'! :-D Would you like to collaborate on those??
Sure no prob! I'll still work on a sandbox with only the critical reviews and the live performances and covers if that's OK--Chrishm21 (talk) 20:01, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
Hi, on the Ray of Light page it says it was released Feb 22, whereas Frozen (the first single) was released Feb 23 so I tried to edit that but got blocked (as I wasn't logged in) and it has sold over 20 million copies believe me I know
I see you have raised her US certifications by 18.5 million, but I was only able to locate 12.5 million certified units of update. Am I missing something? Here is her file, btw in case you want to go over it. I'm asking this because your calculation and my calculation are off by 6 million certified units.--Harout72 (talk) 02:08, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm not able to access the link from here, I will check once I'm back home, and yeah I updated it through what RIAA has now for the Top Artist Tallies. —IB[ Poke ]09:45, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
Harout72 I rechecked it again, my update was correct and somehow you must have missed listing certifications in your document. The singles certifications amount to 59 million and the albums amount to 6.5 million. There is no video or mastertones. So total is then 65.5 million. —IB[ Poke ]09:56, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
For some reason I missed the 3x Plat. for "Telephone" and for the "Edge of Glory". Thanks for correcting me.--Harout72 (talk) 14:23, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
Re: Update to "Teeth"
You added a quote to "Teeth", but I am not sure where this came from. Is the following text part of the actual quote, or is it supposed to be commentary? ("The oral theme is found in the lyrics with the use of words such as "fangs", "bite" and "mouth".") ---Another Believer(Talk)23:35, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
Thank you! I know you did not think "Teeth" is notable enough for an article, but I appreciate your contributions to the article. ---Another Believer(Talk)15:10, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
And thanks to you also Another Believer for tolerating the tantrum I threw about it. Thanks for your patience with me and seeing my good contributions. —IB[ Poke ]15:12, 4 March 2016 (UTC)
Hi, here is FilBenLeafBoy. You have sent me a warning message. I want to let you know that I haven't re-uploaded high resolution images that had been deleted from other users. I didn't know how high the resolution of the images was as I uploaded them from my tablet which doesn't show me their resolution. I tried to replace one with a low resolution version, and I stopped uploading new images. If the message was for the images I previously uploaded I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do something against Wikipedia. (^_^)FilBenLeafBoy(^_^)(Let's TALK!) 22:16, 4 March 2016 (UTC)

Hey, sorry for reverting your corrections to Planes, Trains and Eric, and thanks for linking me to the sockpuppet investigation. I looked at the text of the references before reverting you, but I should have noticed that the links didn't go to what the text said they went to. Mea culpa! I noticed your edit summary referred to Nielsen SoundScan as a COPYVIO source. What do you mean by this? Do you mean that we are not allowed to post sales data directly from Nielsen SoundScan because of copyright issues? If so, then what other alternative sources are there for sales data? Maestro2016 (talk) 20:32, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
Maestro2016 hi, the thing is that Nielsen SoundScan never published hard sales for any track/albums, and the only time they publish is the year end sales report, that too rounded number. I'm not sure from where you got that link but that's for registered users like record companies, managers, artists etc. It is not something that is disclosed publicly and that's where it fails WP:COPYVIO. —IB[ Poke ]09:58, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
I am sorry if I did anything wrong, IndianBio. I was just trying to fix BARE URLS in the citation from Wikipedia:Cleanup#2016_posts and I wasn't intending to do any disruptive edits at all. If I made any substantive edits on the content, it was a mistake -- I am pretty new. Rimsroot (talk) 12:34, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
Hi, could you review this list which I intent to nominate for FL. I had submitted it for peer review and received some comments from a user. He suggested me to call for more reviews from other users.--Inside the Valley (talk) 18:36, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
I think an article for Madonna's "Mother and Father" (from American Life) is in order, as it was released as a promo in certain territories. What do you think? --Chrishm21 (talk) 23:12, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
I began. Think you can take over for a while, I'm beginning exams this week and won't be able to come till at least sunday. I also believe there should be created an article for "Candy Shop" from Hard Candy. Cheers! :) --Chrishm21 (talk) 22:27, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
Can you archive the Billboard boxscore URL on [I Am Tour (Leona Lewis)]] and The Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour please? They are the same URL. I still don't know how to archive but these need to be before they disappear! — Calvin99911:55, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm going tonight too! I mean if Billboard boxscore adds any more for those singers from this Friday to next Tuesday could you add and archive them? As I won't be able to. — Calvin99912:05, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Imgur references
Hi, I'm just wondering why you removed my imgur reference links on "Gambler"? These were scans of the printed top 50 charts from those weeks, not an email reference from ARIA. I don't see what is wrong with linking these references.Nqr9 (talk) 10:42, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
Please see WP:RSNqr9, I'm not sure how you are adding imgur.com which is not even remotely reliable. You can link to the scans by using {{cite journal}} if those are in magazines, but you cannot use imgur.com urls. I am actually surprised that website is not blacklisted. —IB[ Poke ]10:47, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
According to which specific wikipedia guide are scans of text uploaded to imgur not regarded as reliable? I have not altered the text in any way. Furthermore, I don't think it's good faith to assume that the scans I have uploaded are not reliable, without a reasonable suspicion or evidence that they are not.
I have seen in your revisions to my edits adding references for Australian Madonna peaks that you have added page numbers to the Gavin Ryan book that I have cited - yet the book (neither in print nor the digital edition) has page numbers, and I assume you are not in possession of the book. This is bad editing practice. Then you have asked if I could remove the fictitious page numbers you have added to the citations, after I pointed out that the page numbers do not exist.Nqr9 (talk) 11:07, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
Nqr9, you can go ahead and ask in WP:RSN about adding links like imgur.com, but please do not add them in articles. What proof is there that you have not altered a content and uploaded in imgur or any website like that? It borders on WP:OR and WP:SPS when one cannot go back to the governing bodies from the links. —IB[ Poke ]11:28, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
I did!!!!!! Ugh, so annoying these stuff are :( Well I would like to copy edit and increase the lead a bit and then do the nomination. —IB[ Poke ]09:14, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
We should work on Rebel Heart Tour article, as it's literally the only one (aside from the Radio 1 controversy) that needs to be done in order to create a Good topic for Rebel Heart P: I also believe an article for the song Rebel Heart is in order, as it was one of the most critically acclaimed songs from the album as well as one of the leaked demos.--Chrishm21 (talk) 19:10, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
I will probably finish off the article today. But Chrishm21 can I request you to not add random images to the article please? The images, although free, I believe should be present there to enhance the section and aid in reader's understanding. —IB[ Poke ]19:13, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Being a regular contributor of Spanish wikipedia (I'm latin american myself :) ), since we can't use audio files and such, we tend to overdo it with the pictures on the different sections hehe. Again, I apologize. I also wanted to ask if it was Ok or appropriate if we could do for the tour articles what is done for others such as The Monster Ball Tour and the Femme Fatale Tour, use double image templates and add more than one pic? --Chrishm21 (talk) 19:23, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Let me get started on the article. Hope you won't edit now since we can edit conflict. And its okay I know you try to help and I like it always :) I wasn't being negative on your contributions. —IB[ Poke ]19:25, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
