Userpage
I see you have modelled parts of your userpage on that of User:Kahuroa. Most of that is fine, but to avoid any confusion, please alter references which people might confuse with Kahuroa himself. For example, User:Kahuroa/Navigation links to his navigation pages, not yours, and the interwiki links at the bottom of the page go to his user pages on other language Wikipedia sites, not yours.-gadfium08:31, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
..I trying to figure ouy how to change the templates. will try and change now.
It's fine now. You can include any pictures you like that are on Wikipedia or the Wikimedia Commons, so long as they are under a free licence. That means you can't use pictures under a claim of "fair use". I don't know which Einstein picture you were thinking of, but File:Albert Einstein Head Cleaned N Cropped.jpg is in the public domain and you are welcome to use it. See Wikipedia:Userpage for guidelines about what can be on your page.-gadfium19:18, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Tēnā koe=
Thanks for the compliment of modelling your user page on my former user page style. I have taken the liberty of creating you a /rgb2 subpage so that the coloue of your layout doesn't change when I change mine. Kia ora koe Kahuroa (talk) 12:08, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Invitation to an in-person meetup in Mohua / Golden Bay
Golden Bay Air are holding some seats for us until 21 November
Thinking about your summer break? Think about joining other Wikipedians and Wikimedians in Golden Bay / Mohua! Details are on the meetup page. There's heaps of interesting stuff to work on e.g. the oldest extant waka or New Zealand's oldest ongoing legal case. Or you may spend your time taking photos and then upload them.
Golden Bay is hard to get to and the airline flying into Tākaka uses small planes, so we are holding some seats from and to Wellingtonand we are offering attendees a $200 travel subsidy to help with costs.
