A problematic draft

Hi, Fancy Fridge! ClearSources, previously Mariam Senou, has created various complications regarding their Draft:Alhaji Amin Iddrisu, especially by doing this. I'm getting quite dizzy as I try to explain the problems to them. Since you reviewed the draft, could you take a look at it, and at our dialogue here, and try to straighten out the situation? Davi The Mavi Page

Can you be a little more specific as to why you rejected Davi The Mavi's page? Draft:Davi The Mavi

He has enough coverage from 3rd party independent publications and music critiques and has received widespread coverage in the media. Has hasn't won a grammy yet.

The only connected website mentioned is Mystery Records.

I don't understand against what precise criteria you rejected the submission. Could you help me understant your exact reason or flag the reference? Musiclover1975uk (talk) 09:39, 18 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Musiclover1975uk. The sources you have provided in your draft do not appear to be reliable. Significant coverage must exist in reliable sources. Fancy Refrigerator (talk) 01:39, 19 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @Fancy Refrigerator.
Thanks for your reply. We have edited and ensured we have top tier independent publications and that all the WP criteria is met.
As per Wikipedia's guidelines (WP:RS), he draft is anchored by several publications that are considered highly reliable within the project:
  • ''Clash (magazine)'' and ''Notion'': Both of these are long-standing, nationally-recognized UK publications with professional editorial oversight, print histories, and their own established Wikipedia articles. Their reliability is well-established.
  • ''Music Crowns'' and ''Wordplay Magazine'': Both are widely respected specialist publications in the music industry, frequently used for sourcing on other Wikipedia articles. They provide in-depth reviews and premieres, demonstrating significant coverage, not just passing mentions.
  • ''Music News'': A long-running music news aggregator and outlet.
The new resubmitted draft is built on a foundation of these and 10 other independent sources that, taken together, demonstrate a clear pattern of significant coverage required by WP:NMUSIC criterion #1. The previous draft may not have highlighted the strength of these sources adequately, but the current version is meticulously cited to these reliable outlets.
Based on this, the sourcing appears to squarely meet the standards of WP:RS. I hope you might consider taking another look at the draft with this context in mind.
Thank you again for your time and feedback.

Paid news are not reliable sources. The sources you used in the draft are not independent of the subject (and certainly not reliable) for anyone and any artist can paid for these articles to be written. I'm not going to continue this discussion about reliability. Please resubmit the draft as you please. Fancy Refrigerator (talk) 10:28, 19 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Thank you. Musiclover1975uk (talk) 11:13, 19 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I came across the draft article on Draft:McKinzie J. Scott and noticed that it has recently been updated with several new sources, including coverage from Film Threat, BroadwayWorld, and other outlets. Given these additions, I believe the draft may now meet Wikipedia’s notability and sourcing guidelines for a biography of a living person. Would it be possible for you to revisit and review the article again to assess whether it is ready for publication in mainspace? Thank you for your time and consideration. Lottery USA page declined

Hello Fancy Refrigerator, Thank you for taking the time to review our page. It was declined because the references did not hit all 4 Wikipedia qualifying points. Would it be possible to get more specific clarification on which reference points we are missing? We are aiming to re-submit without errors. Thank you again for your consideration.
