Hi Eddy, The goal of Wikipedia is to inform. This means to present all the aspects of an issue, if these are accurate, of course. Not letting them to be presented because they "are not constructive" is a pure subjective argument used for censorship. In this case what Ignatiev is saying is outrageous, but the public has the right to know this when looking for information about him.
