While it's true that some media outlets jumped the gun in describing last night's show as the band's last concert performance ever, the problem is that they were making their own presumptions and not sticking to the facts. The facts of the situation are that the band has not declared that they're ending, or that they'll never record or perform again; what they have said is that they may very well continue to do both things in the future depending on how long and how well Downie's health holds out. Last night certainly may someday turn out to have been the band's last live concert ever, and certainly that possibility is why the tour and last night's show in particular became such a Monster of a Thing — but as of right now it's a WP:CRYSTAL violation for us to declare it their last show ever just because some media outlets ignored the nuances of the situation. As you might have noticed, I have been removing Secondcity, Jax Jones and Nico & Vinz from the One Hit Wonders list. This is because they aren't true one hit wonders. The one hit wonder page SHOULD be a list of artists who have achieved one number-one hit on the UK Singles Chart and no other entry whatsoever on the chart Full Stop. Not a list of artists who have achieved one number-one hit on the UK Singles Top 75. Someone this year has changed the criterion for what a one hit wonder is. Plus, if this was just on the top 75, then there would be more artists who feature on the list who have tracks released before 2014. Secondcity, Jax Jones and Nico & Vinz have had more than one top 100 hit, so therefore, I believe that they are not true on hit wonders. While I agree with you in general that the sources you switched to are better sources, in this particular case I think it may be a problem. There is some debate on the talk page regarding the criteria for being included in the MeToo article. The sources I used were directly discussing MeToo, as well as Lauer, thus justifying his inclusion even under the more restrictive criteria being proposed. The sources you swapped for do not, which would set him up to be deleted. ResultingConstant (talk) 16:08, 29 November 2017 (UTC)

Just wondering why the whole band was listed, when in the article ^[1], individual band members were actually named. Also since it's a denial of predatory behavior/sexual abuse, does that meet the criteria to be included in this list in the first place?

The quote was sourced at the end of the background section by the Billboard ref. Multiple editors, when copyediting in the past, have stated that we don't need multiple ref names if and when all the content of the section is sourced by the ref placed at the end of that section. Damon Runyon's short story "Dancing Dan's Christmas" is a fun read if you have the time. Right from the start it extols the virtues of the hot Tom and Jerry This hot Tom and Jerry is an old-time drink that is once used by one and all in this country to celebrate Christmas with, and in fact it is once so popular that many people think Christmas is invented only to furnish an excuse for hot Tom and Jerry, although of course this is by no means true. I recently created the article Le Concert d’Astrée and then wordsearched to find instances of it in other articles so I could blue link them. 54th Annual Grammy Awards already included a mention of Le Concert d’Astrée, so I bluelinked it. You’ve reverted my linking with the summary ‘not listed in nominations’. If the orchestra isn’t mentioned in the nomination I understand the reason for removing it altogether, but I don’t understand removing the blue link but leaving the plain text. You reverted my addition for no reason

The article says the song references

The lyrics reference the yellow idol in J. Milton Hayes' poem The Green Eye of the Yellow God. The first stanza of the poem runs: "There's a one-eyed yellow idol to the north of Kathmandu.

However the line used in the song is "There's a little yellow idol to the north of Katmandu"

In the Goon Show episode the character Bloodnok says Well, it's a long, long story, er, I mean, I... Well, ah... There's a little yellow idol to the north of Kathmandu - http://www.thegoonshow.net/scripts_show.asp?title=s06e25_the_fear_of_wages

So, the line in the song is a direct quote from the Goon Show so what I wrote is a more accurate account for the article because whilst it is a 'reference' to the poem it is a direct quote from the Goon Show - a radio show that John Lennon loved as a teenager.

Please take a look at the source I’m providing, it clearly states the award also goes to the PRODUCER. So before you constantly keep reverting it please actually do your research.

Okay, that's fine. Currently, the Grammy website lists only Billie Eilish as the recipient of Best Pop Vocal Album, but also they also list the producers of each record to receive the award in past years. That would imply Finneas won the award as well, but Wikipedia in general prefers the statement of the fact as opposed to an implication. See WP:SYN. Do you have a reliable source that says, specifically, Finneas received six Grammys and one of them was Pop Vocal Album? Well, just to em-better the article. I don't know any other explanation beside this. I displaced some text and decided to remove the "interim"-section, since they reunited in 2008. I hope you'll get it back, but if not? It's OK, I did my job.

Not true; I did not understand the changes you made to the article, including the deletion of the interim section. Such a section for a musical act that has broken up and reunited is not disallowed. [1] Aren't they worth mentioning? I think still that there shouldn't be 1983-2000;2002-2004; 2008-present. The band became inactive in 2004. There was merely hiatus. I'm explaining myself.
