Hi David, I saw the note you left on another's editors talk page about being contacted to hire someone to save SapientX from deletion. This is a known scam so ignore them. See WP:SCAM for additional information and the email address where you can report it to Wikipedia. I am not sure there is anything Wikipedia can do but it might help tracking the most prolific bad actors (see WP:List of paid editing companies for example).
