The IP that Wikipedia:Get my IP address gives is the same as the one given on whatismyipaddress.com and according to that website, this IP is a VPN server. That makes sense. The warning you left though states that the edit summary didn't "appear to be appropriate, civil, or otherwise constructive" which isn't exactly true. I mentioned the issue with source material at the end, where I can add an extra comment. Would've been better to forego a template entirely, I will admit. I would characterize it as inappropriate and uncivil, considering it abruptly assumes and targets "activist editors" for adding the information. Certainly I don't think someone who wrote an edit summary of that tone regularly would be seen as being adequately civil, but it's a matter of perspective.
