Request reason:

I believe my IP was mistakenly blocked as "collateral damage" in a Wikipedia block of the IP range 136.226.0.0/16 in which my IP was unfortunately included. I have been a COI editor for over 2 years, working to adhere to all the best practices recommended by Wikipedia for COI editing. I believe the block came about due to a network used in my office, and has nothing to do with my engagements with the community. I appreciate your taking care of this as soon as you can. Thank you.
