Your recent editing history at Umar shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
While the material in question is indeed not backed up by a reliable source, that is not an exemption to the three-revert rule. Please be mindful of how many times you revert. Bowler the Carmine | talk 17:54, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Bowler the Carmine! I don't believe you have a proper understanding of what constitutes edit warring. Accordingly, it's probably not a good idea for you to hand out warnings like this. Also have a look at Wikipedia:Don't template the regulars. Thanks, and a happy 2025! ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 18:14, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Taabii! I normally only use e-mail to communicate with admins, so forgive me for replying here.
I have looked at the evidence you sent me, and what I see is several users sharing an interest in South-Asian Sufism. A common interest is not in itself evidence of sockpuppetry. Imagine that every user who creates an article on a subject you once edited about would be suspected to be a sock of yours! As for the 2022 incident on Asjad Raza Khan, it seemed a simple mistake at the time, and the user in question has not edited that article ever since.
If you have stronger evidence, feel free to post at WP:SPI, but if you ask for my opinion, I'd say it looks like you're chasing ghosts.
Kind regards, ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 14:17, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Apaugasma Thanks for the reply. Taabii (talk) 14:52, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
