"My Man on Willpower" is a song by American singer Sabrina Carpenter from her seventh studio album album Man's Best Friend (2025). She wrote it with Amy Allen, Jack Antonoff and John Ryan and produced it with Antonoff and Ryan.

"My Man on Willpower" is a Eurodisco song^[1] that includes country elements,^[2][3][4] handclaps^[4] and an ascending progression.^[5] It has been compared to ABBA in regard to style.^[5][6] The song opens with "thrusting Depeche Mode synths", before introducing a pedal steel flourish.^[7] In a tongue-in-cheek, comic manner,^[8][9] Carpenter vents her frustration about a boyfriend who has lost his sexual desire for her,^{[1][3][4][8][9][10][11][12][13][excessive citations]} having restrained himself due to his self-actualization and being overly focused on improving himself.^{[3][11][12][13]}
